My son's toys are great to sketch. The forms are deceptively simple. I guess that's what makes you want to pick them up and play with them. You need to go after that appeal when drawing them.
Needless to say, my home is littered with all kinds of toys these day. I wouldn't want it any other way. The dozens of stuffed animals, trains, dinosaurs, legos and everything else remind me that you need to make time to play everyday and enjoy life.
